Behind every item on JapanSource is a person — a fifth-generation weaver, a family brewery, a tea garden tended for over a century. We build direct, lasting relationships with each one, visiting their workshops and learning their methods firsthand.
Representing these makers is a responsibility we take seriously. We negotiate on their behalf, protect the integrity of their work, and ensure their craft is presented to the world exactly as it deserves to be.
